At Already Amazing our mission is to empower people regardless of their socio-economic background, ethnicity, religion, sexual orientation or gender identity.
We aim to improve quality of life and economic conditions through direct donation of essential goods/services, personal coaching, financial literacy, education, occupational training and certification.
We coach individuals who may be interested in the healthcare field, to help them prepare and launch their career.
As caregivers do their work in Delaware they often meet clients whose needs extend beyond companionship and household tasks. Already Amazing has created a fund that provides goods and services that help people age-in-home safely and with dignity..
We offer a 6-week Prep Course that gives individuals the tools and support to be ready to complete a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) program in the state of Delaware.
Successful graduates of the Prep Course are eligible for a scholarship to a school that offers a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) program.
Throughout Delaware there are people who are in need of wheelchairs and other mobility assistance equipment. We accept donations of gently used wheelchairs and other health care equipment, and will be gifted to a person in need. Donatons are tax deductible as allowed by law.
Are you willing to donate your time and talent to make a difference in the life of a Delaware neighbor? There's a high need for carpenters who can build ramps, repair porches and do minor household improvements.

Ms. Cephas is the Founder and CEO of Tailored Care, LLC in Dover, DE where she has established a leading Personal Assistance Services Agency (PASA) services in the state of Delaware. She has over 20 years of experience as a Strategic RN Leader and Home Health Care Executive, Tabitha is built her reputation on delivering innovative patient care solutions and fostering high-performance teams.
Tabitha holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Wilmington University, and an Associate of Science in Nursing from Delaware Technical Community College.
Her professional credentials are reinforced by her dedication to community service, as demonstrated by her founding of the Already Amazing Charitable Organization, which empowers individuals through essential goods, coaching, and education.
With a passion for excellence and a commitment to patient-centered care, Tabitha continues to transform home health care delivery and inspire others through her leadership and vision.
In her free time, she enjoys spending it with family, friends, and nature.
Mr. Jones is retired from a 30-year career at the Dow Chemical Company. He does consulting and has helped launch a number of start-ups. Joel earned a BS in Chemical Engineering from the University of Missouri, Columbia.
Joel is a former President of The Drug, Chemical and Associated Technologies (DCAT) Association as well as a Past President of The Chemists’ Club and Board member of The Societe de Chimie Industrielle. He serves on the Dean’s Council of the University of Missouri, and has engaged in recruiting efforts at Tufts University and a number of New York City Universities on behalf of Dow. Joel is also a certified Six Sigma Green Belt.
Ms. Stevens-Gueh currently practices in various civil and criminal areas throughout the state of Delaware at the law firm of Andrew & Stevens-Gueh, LLC which is located in Georgetown, Delaware. She graduated from Milford High School (1996), received a B.S. Chemistry from Virginia Sate University (2000), and Juris Doctor Degree from Howard University School of Law (2003). She was admitted to the Delaware Bar in 2003 and subsequently admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for Delaware, the Third Circuit Appellate Court, and the United States Supreme Court.
She currently serves on the Guardianship, Trust, and Estates Rules Committee for the Chancery Court and is a Trustee for the Lawyers Fund for Client Protection of the Delaware State Bar Association. Mrs. Stevens-Gueh formerly served as a member of the DSBA Executive Committee, the Permanent Ethics Advisory Committee on the Rules of Professional Conduct, the Preliminary Investigative Committee of the Court on the judiciary, and the Board of Bar Examiners. Additionally, she serves as the Conflict Attorney for Sussex County representing indigent clients in criminal matters in the Court of Common Pleas and Family Court for eight years.
From childhood, Mrs. Stevens-Gueh attended Mt. Zion AME Church, Ellendale, where she has served in various capacities including the YPD, Usher Board, Trustee Board, and Missionary Society. Currently, she attends New Zion AME Church, Milton, and serves the Delaware Conference Missionary Society as Parliamentarian. Mrs. Stevens-Gueh enjoys spending time with her husband and daughter and serving God and people; however, she can.
Stephanie P. Brown is a Schwab franchisee and operates her own independent branch in Rehoboth Beach, Delaware. She is Rehoboth Beach Independent Branch Leader and Financial Consultant with 20 years of professional financial consulting and wealth management experience. She holds her Master in Business Administration, FINRA Series 7, 9, 66 Securities Licenses, and Life and Variable Annuity Insurance Lincense. Stephanie earned her Master Business Administration, Accelerated Graduate Program and Bachelor of Science, Finance Concentration in Financial Planning, Summa Cum Laude, through Salisbury University Franklin P. Perdue School of Business.
Bernice Mitchell Edwards has over 40 years of experience in program management and administration experience with First State Community Action Agency (formally known as Sussex County Community Action).
Bernice holds a BS in Behavioral Science from Wilmington University. She serves on the Delaware Human & Civil Rights Commission, Delaware Food Bank, Dr. Martin Luther King Celebration Organization of Sussex County, Sunshine Circle Club, Sussex County Alumnae Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority Inc., Delaware Access to Justice Coalition, Delaware Racial Justice Collaborative (DRJC), and Cape Henlopen Minority Advisory Committee.
Shakyra Cephas is a practicing Physical Therapist at ATI Physical Therapy. She is also the Chief Administrative Officer at Tailored Care LLC.
Shakyra completed her undergraduate studies at University of Delaware where she earned a Exercise Science with a Health & Physical Disabilities Concentration BS and then went on to earn a Doctorate in Physical Therapy DPT at Hampton University.
She is a past volunteer at Collaborative Efforts to Reinforce Transition success (C.E.R.T.S) in Newark, Delaware. She also served time on the board and is actively involved in Delta Sigma Theta Sorority Inc
In her free time, Shakyra enjoys spending time outdoors, hiking, biking and at the Delaware beaches.
