Tabitha Cephas is the Founder and CEO of Tailored Care LLC, a top Personal Assistance Services Agency in Delaware. With over 20 years of nursing and home care leadership, she’s known for advancing patient-centered care and building strong teams. 

She holds nursing degrees from Wilmington University and  Delaware Technical Community College, and also leads the Already Amazing Charitable Organization, supporting individuals through coaching and essential resources. 

In her free time, she enjoys being with family, friends, and nature.

Bernice Mitchell Edwards has over 40 years of experience in program management and administration with First State Community Action Agency (formally known as Sussex County Community Action). 

Bernice holds a BS in Behavioral Science from  Wilmington University. She serves on the  Delaware Human & Civil Rights Commission, Delaware Food Bank, Dr. Martin Luther King Celebration Organization of Sussex County, Sunshine Circle Club, Sussex County Alumnae Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority Inc., Delaware Access to Justice Coalition, Delaware Racial Justice Collaborative (DRJC), and Cape Henlopen Minority Advisory Committee.

Shakyra Cephas is a Physical Therapist at ATI Physical Therapy and the Chief Administrative Officer at Tailored Care LLC. She earned her BS in Exercise Science with a concentration in Health & Physical Disabilities from the University of Delaware and her Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from Hampton University. 

A former volunteer with C.E.R.T.S in Newark, she has also served on the board and remains active with Delta Sigma Theta Sorority Inc. 

In her free time, Shakyra enjoys hiking, biking, and spending time at the Delaware beaches

Stephanie P. Brown is a Schwab franchisee and operates her own independent branch in Rehoboth Beach, Delaware. She is the Rehoboth Beach Independent Branch Leader and Financial Consultant with 20 years of professional financial consulting and wealth management experience. 

She holds her Master's in Business Administration, FINRA Series 7, 9, 66 Securities Licenses, and Life and Variable Annuity Insurance License. Stephanie earned her Master of Business Administration, Accelerated Graduate Program, and Bachelor of Science, Finance Concentration in Financial Planning, Summa Cum Laude, through Salisbury University Franklin P. Perdue School of Business. 

Bishop Jonathan Dukes began his ministry in 1993 with a passion for uniting the Body of Christ. Under the guidance of his mother, Overseer Malissa Dukes, he served in various ministry roles and earned his Bachelor of Theological Studies from the Christian World College of Theology. 

In 2006, he founded Word of Life Community Church, Inc., giving rise to impactful ministries such as Take It to The Streets, Life After Brokenness, Help Us Help Others, and Life Builders Inc.
